Assumes first-line supervision of employees. Ensures company policies and procedures are followed.\n· Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.\n· Conduct the operation duties for business financing.\n· Communicate with the internal project development, risk management, compliance for new projects.\n· Completes necessary daily and/or weekly reports for company and customer.\n· Project Management: You will be responsible for managing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Communicate with the sales team and outside vendors and investors.\n· Vendor Management: You will manage the relationships with contractors, architects and other vendors who will be working on various projects.\n· Budgeting and Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the project finances, including creating budgets, forecasting revenues and expenses, and monitoring cash flow.\n· Operations Oversight: You will ensure that all of the company’s operations are running smoothly, including facilities management, leasing, marketing, and tenant relations. Implement performance improvement plans.\n· Staff Management: You will be responsible for managing the company’s staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Provide support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties. Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Track and maintain employee attendance system, including operations staff vacation requests.\n· Compliance and Risk Management: You will ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, company policies, and that risks are managed effectively.\n· Strategy Development: You will work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the company’s growth and development.\n· Customer Relations: You will ensure that customers are satisfied with the company’s services and that their needs are being met.\n· Data Analysis: You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and to inform decision-making and increase productivity and profitability.\n· Resilience/Adaptability and Flexibility. Ability to operate effectively under extreme circumstances including stress and meet critical deadlines.\nRequirements:\nBA/BS degree, Finance or Business Administration major.\nFluent in written/spoken English. Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.\nExpert level interpersonal skills.\nFull functional company accountant.\nStrong in quantitative analysis, good communication and presentation skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nSubstantial MS Office and MS Excel experience with particular emphasis on spreadsheets.\nJob Type: Full time.
