Team Lead, Solutions
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Solutions to lead and coordinate pre-sales and implementation support for the Japan sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and measure key response metrics for the Solutions team, including research tasks and technical delivery
Lead and mentor the Solutions team in Japan, managing operational functions and performance reviews
Engage with clients to communicate technical product features and support their strategies
Required Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in mathematics, engineering, economics, or a related quantitative field (minimum Bachelor's, Master's preferred)
N1-level proficiency in Japanese (advanced/near-native)
Deep domain expertise in the Japan energy market and understanding of emerging technologies
Experience with PLEXOS or other market simulation software tools
Basic knowledge of scripting/coding languages and understanding of cloud environments
