Receptionist, Part-Time, Orlando, FLGeneral SummaryThis position focuses on answering and responding to guest phone calls and emails while providing excellent guest service, assisting group sales team with contacting group representatives as well as other administrative task.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesConsistently meets all guest satisfaction measures Provides an exceptional telephone experience to guests with an upbeat and positive attitude Answers general emails with professional communication to assist guests with their questions Supports management team as needed with group bags, souvenir items, and employee daily communicationsSupports group sales as needed with signage, mailings and follow up calls as neededFollows established policies to address guest service, safety issues, first aid and evacuation procedures. Promotes goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of The Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand. Performs other related duties as assignedJob SpecificationsHigh School Diploma Preferred.Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidaysCustomer service experience and basic computer skills requiredDemonstrated ability to work with and understand cash registers and cash handling proceduresMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.Must have retail sales experience and capable of working with the public in a retail environment.Physical ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
