The successful candidate will be a rapid and eager learner with the potential to grow and contribute to the strategic direction of our agentic workflows and data infrastructure.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nBusiness Problem Framing & Solution Definition:\n\nProactively engage with business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance) to understand their objectives, challenges, and data needs for assigned projects.\n\nTranslate vague business questions into clear, measurable analytical problems and hypotheses.\n\nScope and define agentic and data science projects, outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.\n\nRecommend the most appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies (e.g., descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive analytics).\n\nData Analysis & Insight Generation:\n\nDesign, develop, evaluate, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models for tackling business challenges.\n\nDevelop compelling narratives around data findings and present insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to diverse audiences.\n\nUtilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, A/B testing design, segmentation) to answer critical business questions.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:\n\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and team members across the organization.\n\nFacilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate analytical outputs.\n\nChampion data-driven decision-making and enhance data literacy within business units.\n\nManage expectations and communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively.\n\nTooling & Best Practices:\n\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and analytics.\n\nCreate and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.\n\nAdvise on the selection and effective use of analytics and AI tools (e.g., BI platforms, statistical software, latest models and features).\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and best practices within the Data & Analytics department.\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\n\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.\n3+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.\n1+ years of experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows, custom-tuning, prompting, and instructing AI models\n\nSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.\nStrong proficiency with scripting languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).\nExperience developing custom AI agents and agentic workflows.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding practices.\nProven ability to translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.\nHands-on experience with NLP technologies and handling of unstructured text.\nStrong written and oral communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.\nProven track record of building end-to-end pipelines for production.\nStrong theoretical knowledge of the latest ML/DL/Statistical techniques and ability to pragmatically apply them to real-world problems.\nDetail-oriented; critical thinker; strong individual contributor and team player.\nKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP) is desirable.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nSelf-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business problems.\nDesire to be a team-player whether partnering with other data analysts or working with internal stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications:\nFamiliarity with GCP cloud data platforms and data warehousing concepts.\nExperience with data visualization and dashboarding in Looker.\nPrevious experience in a consulting role (internal or external).\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\nRemain stationary for extended periods\nAbility to communicate information\nAbility to operate a computer\n\nPeople are our passion.
