One person, one GPU.\nIf you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.\nNote: This position requires presence in our San Francisco/San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOversee the end to end AP process including vendor onboarding, 3 way match, invoice processing, payment runs and Corporate Credit Card transactions\nOversee the end to end AR process including customer billing, collections and cash application\nPartner closely with applicable internal stakeholders to support each process end to end\nBuild and refine credit, collections, and dispute resolution processes\nStrengthen internal control environment and support SOX / IPO readiness initiatives\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., ERP, billing, procurement systems)\nAssist with audit requests and compilation of supporting documentation\nManage and mentor a growing team of AR/AP specialists, providing coaching and development\nSet performance expectations, ensure accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement\nYou (Add bullet points)\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred\n5+ years of progressive AR/AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role\nExperience working within a high-growth or rapidly changing environment is strongly preferred\nStrong working knowledge of NetSuite\nExperience with AR/AP workflow tools (ChargeBee, Bill.com, Coupa, Tipalti, Zip, etc.)\nProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes\nDemonstrated ability to streamline processes and implement automation\nExcellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a fast paced, high-growth technology environment\nExperience with AI, SaaS, or consumption-based business models\nDemonstrated skill in process automation and system implementations\nComfort handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervision\nInitiative to apply knowledge and recommend well-considered improvements\nSalary Range Information\nThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
