Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. This role combines project coordination, content support, and hands-on design using both traditional office design tools and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively inclined, and comfortable producing marketing materials using a variety of design and productivity platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across multiple channels
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral including presentations, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and digital assets
Design and update marketing materials using traditional office design tools such as PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and Excel
Support graphic design, video, and layout projects using Adobe Creative Cloud applications or equivalent
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of materials
Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, and files
Track project timelines, marketing metrics, and campaign performance
Assist with basic video editing, image retouching, and layout adjustments as needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival; notify appropriate staff and manage visitor flow
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail as needed
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, organized reception area
Assist with stocking and organizing shared office areas, including the kitchen and refrigerator
Support general office upkeep and day-to-day operational needs as they arise
Serve as a first point of contact for general inquiries and administrative requests
Design Tools & Technical Skills
Traditional Office Design Tools or equivalent
PowerPoint: Create professional presentations, graphics, flyers, and simple designs using shapes, SmartArt, images, and features such as Design Ideas
Publisher (Print): Develop brochures, newsletters, and flyers with advanced layout and print-ready formatting
Word & Excel: Produce basic layouts, charts, tables, and simple graphics to support marketing and reporting needs
Traditional Adobe Design Tools or equivalent
Photoshop: Image editing, photo retouching, and digital asset preparation
Illustrator: Vector graphics, logos, and icon creation
InDesign: Page layout for print and digital marketing materials
Premiere Pro: Basic video editing for promotional and social media content
After Effects: Simple motion graphics and animated visuals
Acrobat Pro: Create, edit, sign, and manage PDFs and e-signature workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Basic understanding of branding, layout, and visual design principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting both digital and print marketing campaigns
Familiarity with social media content creation and basic analytics
Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment
