In this pivotal hybrid position, you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to support a range of critical business and research initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) team to generate technical documentation for Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.\nArchitect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructures to support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) workloads.\nLeverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning and management of cloud and hybrid environments, improving efficiency and reducing manual overhead.\nContribute to the definition and refinement of best practices and policies for hybrid cloud operations.\nEnhance and maintain the COSMOS pilot program, providing customers with a robust prototyping environment.\nRequirements\nMaster’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.\nIAT Level III Certification (such as CASP+, CCNP, CISA, or CISSP).\nCompliant with Cyber Security Workforce Baseline Qualifications for your specialty area and proficiency level as outlined in Section 6.23.2 of Cyber Security Workforce Qualifications.\nA minimum of 7 years’ experience in Systems Administration, with at least 3 years specializing in deploying and managing enterprise solutions on Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.\nDemonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.\nHands-on experience with tools such as Kubernetes and Docker for cloud-native application orchestration and deployment.\nProficiency in automation scripting using Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.\nDeep understanding of cloud security frameworks and government compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust possess an active DoD Secret clearance at start.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with monitoring and logging solutions to ensure optimal cloud performance and reliability.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving infrastructure challenges.\nRelevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are highly preferred.\nBenefits\nAt RMC, we're committed to your career growth!
