This role focuses on operational excellence, partner and vendor communication, and ensuring a premium learner experience across Citrix’s certification and product learning ecosystem. They will work closely with internal Citrix teams, vendors, partners, and customers to build and maintain a world‑class certification program that drives product expertise and market readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nCertification Operations\nCoordinate with external vendors involved in certification exam delivery, proctoring, and digital badging.\nManage the lifecycle of certification exam vouchers, including distribution, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.\nOversee quality assurance processes for training and product courses related to certification preparation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with exam objectives.\nSupport the creation, updates, and release of certification exams in alignment with the certification roadmap.\nPublish and maintain certification-related learning paths and courses on the Citrix learning platform.\nBadging & Learner Experience\nManage certification badges and workflows using platforms such as Credly or similar digital credentialing systems.\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate badge issuance, naming conventions, and program governance.\nServe as a primary point of contact for partners and customers with certification or badging inquiries.\nContent & Enablement Support\nCollaborate with the enablement team to prepare, package, and publish content on BigTinCan (CMS) and Brainshark (LMS).\nEnsure consistency in content formatting, metadata, tagging, and version control.\nAssist with enablement initiatives related to product readiness, partner education, and customer learning experiences.\nCommunicate certification metrics needs with Marketing Operations.\nSkills:\n5+ years of experience in coordination, certification management, training operations, or similar roles.\nFamiliarity with digital badging platforms (Credly preferred) and LMS/CMS systems (Brainshark, BigTinCan, or comparable tools).\nExperience collaborating with vendors, partners, and external customers.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nDetail orientation with a commitment to accuracy and process quality.\nAbility to work cross‑functionally in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a technology, SaaS, or product training environment.\nUnderstanding of certification exam development or learning content creation workflows.\nProject management or operations background.\nKey Strengths for Success\nCommunication: Professional, clear, proactive, and able to engage effectively with partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams.\nOrganization: Skilled at managing deadlines, tracking multiple workstreams, and maintaining orderly processes and documentation.\nProblem Solving: Resourceful, analytical, and able to troubleshoot issues related to certification logistics, content publishing, and learner support.\nTeam Orientation: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support broader enablement initiatives and jump in where needed.\nCompensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
