Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Description Ginsburg & Misk is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions and handle matters from inception to trial.Responsibilities:Represent clients in courtPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputeswork closely with Partners to provide clients with the best legal services.​​Qualifications:7 -10 years previous experience in commercial litigation with focus on Real Estate litigation such as Partitions, Adverse Possession, Quiet Title and basic business disputesFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
