Employee ownership, generous 401(k) benefits, comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, educational reimbursement, and challenging technical assignments provide employees with opportunities to grow and succeed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead day-to-day execution of the contract, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives.\n\nServe as a primary customer interface to government stakeholders.\n\nLead cross-functional teams of program managers, engineers, analysts, and technical subject-matter experts.\n\nDevelop innovative approaches and solutions to complex technical and programmatic challenges.\n\nUnderstand and support U.S. Government acquisition processes, including requirements development and acquisition planning.\n\nEstablish and maintain program organizations, processes, and execution strategies aligned with customer requirements.\n\nDevelop, coordinate, and deliver program milestones and technical deliverables.\n\nClearly and effectively communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations through both written and verbal communication.\n\nPrepare and deliver effective presentations to customers, senior government officials, and Radiance executive management.\n\nIdentify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain successful program execution.\n\nSupport business development, proposal activities, and growth opportunities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance.\n\nMaster’s degree in one of the following: engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.\n\nSupervisory experience 5+ years\n\nRecent and relevant experience working with the AFRL, NASIC, NSIC, universities, or similar government and academic organizations 5+ years\n\nIT solution development and implementation experience\n\nFamiliarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes and practices.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and executive-level management.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling and tracking tools.\n\nAbility to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer requirements.\n\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
