Donut Artist, Coffee, Guest Experience

It takes a village to raise a donut, and Hawaii-born, Holey Grail Donuts, is looking to expand our village in Honolulu. We are seeking full and part-time team members to support with weekend availability. We are looking for a Donut Prophet and a Shift Lead. Shift leads have extra responsibilities such as helping train, manage to-do-lists, change oil, make glazes and role modeling. Our donuts are made with Hawaii grown taro root, fried in organic coconut oil and made to order. They are plant-based, utilizing fresh local and seasonal ingredients and without the use of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. We serve our donuts hot with our unique coffee and tea options that feature housemade cashew coconut milk on tap. We value collaboration, care for community, love for our planet. We are seeking inspired, outgoing and kind Donut Prophets who enjoy communicating with guests about our weekly offerings, and come with a desire to learn and work collaboratively. We need reliable team members who can stay calm when busy, have the ability to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. Our goal is that each team member knows they can count on the other team members to hold their weight, show up on time and bring a positive, feel good vibe! Donut Prophets are cross- trained and work in these three roles: Vibe Conductor - setting the tone, taking orders, creating a fun and engaging experience for guests, and providing product education Donut Artist - frying, glazing and topping beautiful donuts with strong attention to detail BOH/Reinforcement - Following recipes to make nut milk, matcha, chai, coffee, poi, preparing toppings, restocking and dishes Learn more about us by visiting and insta @holeygraildonuts We are open 7 days a week (7 am - 7 pm) weekdays and 7 am - 9 pm weekends. Team members must be available at least one weekend day; priority will be given to those who can work two shifts between Fri - Sun. Shift leads must be available for two shifts between Fri - Sun.
