Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs.\r\nCreate Current State and Future State value stream maps and flowcharts to document business processes.\r\nInvestigate operational failures, complaints, or errors using tools like the \"5 Whys\" or Fishbone diagrams to find permanent solutions.\r\nLead or co-facilitate Kaizen events (short, intensive improvement workshops), 5S initiatives, and cross-functional team meetings.\r\nExperience requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.
