Job Description Property CaretakerAtwood Property Management$17–$19 per hourJoin our team as a Property Caretaker and help keep our residential and commercial properties clean, attractive, and well maintained while working independently across multiple locations.About the RoleAtwood Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Caretaker to help keep our residential and commercial properties clean, attractive, and well maintained.In this role, you will travel between properties to maintain common areas, monitor building conditions, and help ensure our properties consistently look their best for residents, tenants, and visitors. The Caretaker works independently and plays an important role in maintaining the high standards we uphold for our property owners.This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and values working independently.What You'll DoClean and maintain indoor common areas including hallways, stairwells, elevators, windows, laundry rooms, and storage areasEnsure properties remain clean, orderly, and visually appealingMonitor property conditions and report maintenance or safety concernsPerform unit inspections at move-in, move-out, and as directedConduct drive-by checks of assigned properties to monitor overall conditionAssist maintenance technicians with minor repairs or unit turnover tasks as neededPerform daily bank deposits and scheduled laundry coin collectionServe as backup support for the Groundskeeper when neededInteract professionally and courteously with residents, tenants, and team membersWhat You'll BringValid U.S. driver's license and reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)Personal smartphone capable of using company apps for work orders, time tracking, notes, photos, and communicationAbility to work independently and manage tasks across multiple propertiesStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-presented propertiesBasic hand tools for minor maintenance tasksAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work including walking properties, climbing stairs, bending, and cleaning throughout the dayAbility to pass a background checkWhat We OfferWe believe great work deserves great support.
