Product Support Technician
Position Summary / Essential Functions:Respond to daily phone calls, faxes and emails from customers, departments within Raynor, and consumersAnswer technical questions and troubleshoot difficult installations. Provide door information to customers such as springs, headroom, side room clearances, trussing, door loads, etc.Understands electrical drawings and schematicsCommunicate with general contractors, designers and architectsWork with Engineering to develop installation solutionsPerforms other duties as required Knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, relevant work experience, licenses, certifications, physical requirements, or screening examinations required:Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeQuantitative skills and mechanical aptitudePersonal accountability for department/company improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact with other departmentsGood organizational skillsStrong problem solving and decision making skills Core ValuesDeliver ServiceBe PositiveEmbrace FamilyBe a Team PlayerShow IntegrityHave Grit Job Type: Full-time / Hourly Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
