opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and workflow.\n\nIdentify production bottlenecks and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.\n\nSupport production scheduling, staffing, training, and resource planning.\n\nEstablish and maintain standardized work, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.\n\nEnsure manufacturing activities are performed consistently and according to established quality and safety requirements.\n\nLean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement\n\nApply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing processes and eliminate waste.\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, rework, downtime, waste, and production delays.\n\nUse structured problem‑solving tools such as 5‑Why, Fishbone, 8D, DMAIC, and root cause analysis.\n\nSupport Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, standard work, visual management, and process flow improvements.\n\nTrack manufacturing KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nHelp establish a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the manufacturing team.\n\nNew Product Introduction & Process Development\n\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities as products transition from development into manufacturing.\n\nPartner with Engineering and Quality to ensure new products are ready for production.\n\nAssist with prototype, pilot, and production builds and identify opportunities to improve manufacturability.\n\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, assembly methods, tooling, and fixtures.\n\nWork with Engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) considerations.\n\nHelp identify and resolve manufacturing issues during product development and production ramp‑up.\n\nSupport the transition of new products from development into stable, repeatable production.\n\nProduction Scaling\n\nSupport manufacturing growth as production volumes and product requirements increase.\n\nHelp identify additional equipment, tooling, staffing, and process requirements needed to support production growth.\n\nImprove production flow and manufacturing processes as the organization scales.\n\nSupport the implementation of new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.\n\nHelp establish scalable processes that can grows.\n\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nWhat You Bring\n\nBachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.\n\n5–7 years of manufacturing experience, with demonstrated experience in a production or manufacturing leadership environment.\n\nDemonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.\n\nExperience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitioning products from development into production.\n\nExperience developing, improving, or implementing manufacturing processes.\n\nExperience working in a startup, high‑growth, or scaling manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, quality, and operational efficiency.\n\nExperience with root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving.\n\nWorking knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, standard work, 5‑Why, Fishbone, and other Lean/Six Sigma tools.\n\nExperience creating or improving work instructions, process documentation, and standardized work.\n\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and work with Engineering on
