Strong familiarity with Tableau and data modeling concepts; experience working with log/telemetry data and building operational scorecards/heat maps. Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching), plus familiarity with VPN/SD-WAN and network monitoring/observability tooling (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Grafana, ThousandEyes or similar).
