Organize and lead virtual DOE Analysis and CAE continuous improvement activities.\nLeadership & Communication: Serve as the primary technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders. Lead CAE discussions, effectively communicating analysis results and design recommendations. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate off-shore resources.\nInnovation & Process: Develop FEA best practices and drive innovation in simulation methodologies.
