This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position responsible for ensuring all customer orders are loaded and shipped each night for next-day delivery.\nCandidates must have previous sit-down forklift experience and be comfortable performing heavy manual labor throughout the shift. We are looking for long-term employees who are reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime as needed to get the job done.\nResponsibilities\n\nOperate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently\nLoad heavy doors onto racks for shipment\nLoad completed racks onto outbound trucks\nEnsure all products are loaded accurately and securely\nMeet nightly shipping deadlines to ensure all doors leave the warehouse each day\nAssist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials\nPerform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment\nFollow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 2 years of sit-down forklift experience preferred\nForklift certification is a plus but not required\nPrevious warehouse, shipping, or loading experience preferred\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety\nReliable transportation and excellent attendance\nAbility to work overtime daily as needed\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nHeavy lifting required throughout the shift\nFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting\nMany materials require team lifting due to size and weight\nAbility to stand and work on your feet for 8 to 10+ hours per shift\nSteel-toe boots required\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThis is not a light-duty warehouse position.
