No relocation provided.\r\nWe do not offer work visa sponsorship at any point for this role.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nBuild, iterate, optimize, and maintain user-facing features for Alation's technology using TypeScript and modern React (hooks, ES7+).\r\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.\r\nBuild proactively with empathy for our customers, constantly iterating to balance innovative research with practical solutions.\r\nCollaborate with engineers to bring consistency and high standards to codebases, infrastructure, and processes.\r\nQualifications\r\n2+ years of related experience in a startup or rapidly growing/ evolving business.\r\nB.S. in Computer Science or related field (M.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred)\r\nProfessional front-end experience prototyping and developing performant and scalable web applications with modern React (e.g. ES7, React hooks, TypeScript).\r\nComfort working across UI/UX—from wireframes and prototypes to polished interfaces (using tools like Figma or Sketch).\r\nClear technical communication, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.\r\nNice To Haves\r\nExperience building B2B SaaS products, especially in data, analytics, or ML-focused platforms.\r\nExposure to backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI or Django, and relational databases.\r\nCompensation Pay Range\r\n$120,576.00 - $162,778.00\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity\r\nAlation, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
