We move fast and wear many hats, creating constant opportunities for personal and professional growth.\n\nPERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES\nConsistently meet or exceed established outbound activity, lead qualification, and appointment-setting KPIs.\nIdentify, engage, and qualify prospective users through proactive outbound communication, including phone, email, text, and other approved outreach channels.\nGenerate a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by identifying prospects whose needs, interests, and financial goals align with the Company’s products.\nSchedule qualified appointments with Account Executives and ensure each handoff includes accurate, relevant information to support an effective sales conversation.\nConfirm scheduled appointments, reinforce prospect interest, and take appropriate steps to maximize appointment attendance rates.\nDevelop and nurture professional relationships with prospects through timely, engaging, and value-driven follow-up communication.\nSupport lead re-engagement initiatives by reconnecting with previously unresponsive, inactive, or unconverted prospects to identify renewed sales opportunities.\nMaintain accurate and timely records of all prospect, lead, and customer interactions within the Company’s designated systems, including outreach activity, conversation notes, qualification details, and appointment status.\nRemain punctual, prepared, and actively engaged in all scheduled meetings, training sessions, and Company events.\nMaintain a strong understanding of the Company’s products, target users, sales process, promotions, and relevant industry information.\nEnsure all communications are accurate, professional, compliant with applicable regulations and Company guidelines, and representative of the Company’s brand standards.\nAdhere to all Company standard operating procedures, policies, and approved sales practices.\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nKEY COMPETENCIES\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all-inclusive.\nCommunication and Relationship Building: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally, build rapport quickly, establish credibility, and communicate effectively across phone, email, SMS, and other approved outreach channels.\nProspecting and Lead Qualification: Strong ability to initiate outbound conversations, identify prospective users’ needs and interests, qualify opportunities accurately, and create a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments.\nResults Orientation and Resilience: Highly motivated, competitive, and persistent, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals while remaining confident and professional through objections, rejection, and high-volume outbound activity.\nOrganization, Accountability, and CRM Discipline: Strong time-management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize outreach, manage follow-up activities, maintain an organized pipeline, and document all interactions accurately within the Company’s designated systems.\nCoachability, Adaptability, and Collaboration: Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to adjust communication strategies based on prospect needs and work effectively with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 3 years of sales experience. (Required)\nExperience in high-ticket sales. (Required)\nExperience conducting high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and SMS. (Required)\nExperience working within a setter-to-closer sales model. (Preferred)\nExperience working in a remote or virtual environment. (Preferred)\nExperience or demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, trading, or fintech products. (Preferred)\nThis is a U.S.-based W-2 position.
