{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ea97b5ec1b2fcd27942a1da3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ea97b5ec1b2fcd27942a1da3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ea97b5ec1b2fcd27942a1da3","title":"Program Management Analyst","description":"Overview:\nProgram Management Analyst (VOPS-2026-25628):\n\nBowhead is seeking a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program and financial management support/analyses.\nThis position is 100% on-site\nResponsibilities:\nWork with RSD PD, CHENG, and Project Leads to establish processes for task planning (i.e., TPSs in NEPS).\nCreate and maintain professional templates, conventions, and how-to guides.\nDocument general and specific timelines for the process, including internal milestones.\nEnsure maximum commonality across the portfolio, to include both FF and BBGN TPSs (where possible, aside from unique and specific variations driven by different sponsors)\nExecute TPS-related process(es) defined in bullet above, ensuring TPS entries are accurate, complete, and configuration controlled.\nFacilitate meetings with Dahlgren stakeholders (line managers, group leads, etc.) to coordinate their inputs and communicate our processes.\nInput data into NEPS, and perform QA of the information.\nMaintain archived exports of NEPS data.\nCoordinate TPS data with BFM(s) for the portfolio, to facilitate alignment of task planning information (per NEPS) with financial planning and execution (per IBPES).\nProvide general assistance to the PD, CHENG, and Project Leads for the RSD portfolio:\nCoordinate and schedule meetings\nDocument and track action items\nDocument meeting takeaways\nDevelop and clean-up presentation material (slides, Confluence, etc.), suitable for senior audiences (SES, CAPT, Flag)\nOther duites as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED equivalent required\nFive+ (5+) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.\nCandidates will have demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
