Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization’s success.Summary Of The JobTHE SPECIFICSRemote Training class is set to begin 10/13/2025. 8:00am to 5:00pm CST for 2 to 3 weeks.Set Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm CSTAs a Fraud Specialist at FNBO, you will be expected to: Communicate with customers who have experienced fraud or might be at risk Reassure vulnerable customers that FNBO has their back against fraud Determine the validity of fraudulent claims and hold cardholders accountable if needed Conduct an in-depth investigation and attempt to identify a suspect Contact law enforcement when necessary and provide important information Research and submit suspicious activity referrals Understand chargeback life cycles for Visa, Mastercard and American Express Input complete case information in conjunction with Federal Regulation Z Perform balance monitoring Assist the Bankcard Recovery department by investigating claims of fraud on accounts in collectionsIn the Fraud Department, we wouldn’t call our jobs easy, but we would call them rewarding.
