{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ea92ae40daaed3edecf6fba2","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ea92ae40daaed3edecf6fba2","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ea92ae40daaed3edecf6fba2","title":"Inside Sales Representative","description":"Position Summary:\nThe Inside Sales Representative sources new sales opportunities by converting pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience\nEssential Position Requirements (include but are not limited to):\nSAFETY FIRST – Every employee of Cellofoam North America Inc. must demonstrate a strong commitment to following all safety standards, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.\nInside sales reps will work alongside a team of other inside sales colleagues in a shared office environment.\nCommunicate with customers making outbound calls to potential and existing customers and following up on leads.\nUnderstanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.\nAnswering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.\nUnderstand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.\nKeep up with products, service information and updates.\nDevelop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.\nStay informed about competing products and services.\nCreate and maintain a database of current and potential customers.\nResearching and qualifying new leads.\nFollow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.\nSet and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.\nImprove sales skills to increase sales success rates.\nUp selling of our product and services.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nMust be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized manner while still maintaining professional and respectful working relationships with customers and colleagues.\nProvide customer sales support, directly and at times with Sales Representatives.\nWrite and maintain accurate, up-to-date files for all customer related activities.\nMay assist sales representative and coordinate efforts in support of those customers requiring assistance.\nMay schedule and track first article through final approval on all new orders and EC’s.\nSupport and assist in the consolidation of information related to major bid packages.\nManage customer survey requests as required.\nWork in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues.\nObtain quotes and pricing on certain jobs and required tooling.\nMay establish and provide pricing information in support other outside sales reps.\nPrepare correspondence, presentations, and required monthly reports.\nMay manage and coordinate customer calls and walk – ins that have not been assigned to outside sales rep.\nManage a group of specific accounts via telephone.\nAssist Marketing Team with development of company literature, website design and website maintenance.\nMaintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.\nMaintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.\nManages incoming project requests for assigned customers.\nSubmits clear and comprehensive Project Request Sheets to obtain company formal quotes that accurately reflect the customer requests.\nCommunicate and explain formal quotes to customers to ensure they have a full understanding of the formal quote agreement and what it entails.\nEffectively deliver price adjustments to customers.\nLearn, understand, and follow the Sandler selling process successfully manage sales projects and properly qualify all aspects of the sale and customer needs\nPerform other incidental and related duties as requires and assigned.\nWork in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues.\nMaintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.\nUses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns.\nMaintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws.\nAdhere to Cellofoam North America Inc. company focus areas: Safety, Financial, Customer, and People.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Specifically, knowledge and demonstrated experience in working with large quantities of data using multifaceted functions such as PivotTables, complex formulas, data linking and protection, configuration, tables, and charts, etc.\nThis is a full-time position.
