Commercial Lines Account Manager (Torrington)

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team supporting commercial clients. This is a full-time, onsite role with potential for REMOTE flexibility after 6 months!ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse book of small business accounts across multiple industries (construction, real estate, restaurants, healthcare, etc.)Process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatementsEnsure policies and coverages meet client needs and provide ongoing advisory supportHandle day-to-day client service including billing, policy changes, and coverage inquiriesSupport sales team by preparing documentation and maintaining account accuracyTake ownership of accounts post-bind and assist with renewal submissionsQualifications:P&C License (or willingness to obtain)At least 3 years of commercial lines account management experience preferredExperience with agency management systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)PerksSponsored CIC designationREMOTE option after 6 Months100% paid Healthcare for EmployeePaid continuing education courses for P&C license maintenance
