This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company offering competitive wages and benefits.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the initial point of contact for computer related concerns.\nMake sure workstations and applications work well in the field and home office.\nMaintain and configure computers, printers, iPhones and other devices.\nArchive, image, ship and recover technology equipment.\nManage Active Directory, Office 365 and other accounts.\nManage network devices including switches, modems, and phone system.\nPhysically install cubicle hardware, mounting brackets and other miscellaneous devices.\nBe a go-to technical resource for the company.\nCreate documentation and conduct training for end users.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or programming field.\n3 years’ experience helping people with computer problems, both in-person and remote.\nGreat customer service – desire to help and interact with users.\nHelpful demeanor – help, teach, train and share best practices.\nAcute attention to detail to set up and document systems consistently and thoroughly.\nExperience with Microsoft products: Server 2016/2019, Win 11, Office 365.\nHistory working with cabling, patch panels, punch downs, Ethernet, racks, air conditioning, power.\nAbility to develop and communicate daily strategies and plans.\nIs accustomed to the always available nature of small business IT in a 24/7 service organization.\nCan handle fixing “anything that is plugged in”.\nPreferred:\nExperience automating tasks via coding / scripting.\nExperience using AI to work more efficiently.\nExperience with databases or web development (PHP / MySQL / Javascript / HTML / CSS).\nCompany Overview\nAftermath Services is a nationwide bio-remediation and trauma cleanup company that restores safety and dignity for families and organizations after traumatic events.
