HR Implementation Manager
Guiding clients through the onboarding process onto a SaaS-based HR platform, the full-time remote HR Implementation Manager will lead implementation projects, align client needs with platform capabilities, and ensure timely deliverables while managing project risks and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through deployment
Gather system requirements and business objectives, providing guidance on best practices for deployment
Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies and maintain detailed project plans for communication of project status
Required qualifications
Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager (3 years)
Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
Knowledge of HR practices and project management experience
Ability to leverage AI tools for implementation planning and process improvement
Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
