We are rapidly expanding our team to help drive mission readiness, modernization, and disciplined program execution for one of naval aviation’s most versatile platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Analyst Junior support may include:\nApplies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.\nAnalyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.\nPerforms management, technical, or business case analyses.\nCollects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.\nTracks program/project status and schedules.\nApplies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBS/BA with one to three years relevant experience. Allowable Substitutions: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.\nPrior aviation electronics technician experience preferred.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
