The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison across HR, IT, and finance teams to support the full lifecycle of a Workday implementation and ongoing enhancement initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary Workday SME for the organization.\nLead and support end-to-end Workday deployment, including requirements, configuration oversight, testing, and go-live execution.\nManage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines across functional teams.\nTranslate business needs into detailed system requirements and functional specifications.\nPartner with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders to ensure Workday functionality meets operational and compliance demands.\nFacilitate workshops, end-user training, and organizational change management.\nTroubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.\nCoordinate with external Workday consultants and manage vendor relationships.\nMaintain documentation covering workflows, processes, and best practices for scalability.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years as a business analyst or functional lead with hands-on Workday experience.\nProven experience in Workday implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Time & Absence preferred).\nStrong background managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.\nSolid understanding of HR, finance, and IT business processes.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executives and end-users.\nAbility to influence decisions, ensure accountability, and coordinate project teams.\nMust work onsite in Brooklyn, NY (Monday–Friday).\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in post-go-live stabilization or enhancement cycles.\nStrong business process reengineering/documentation background.\nKnowledge of Workday reporting, integrations, or data conversion is a plus.\n\nAdditional Information\nOnsite role, Monday–Friday.\nFull benefits are offered upon permanent conversion.\nThe position may convert to permanent after 3–6 months.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
