Effectively manages customers’ expectations.\nLeads and coordinates multiple project teams, manages day to day program development and execution.\nDevelops effective and unambiguous program metrics and requirements in accordance with customer’s cost, schedule, and performance expectations.\nEnsures program revenue and costs are accurately forecasted.\nDevelops and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders.\nProvides reporting and analytics to measure KPIs as required.\nEnsures program effectiveness through proactive risk and opportunity management\nEnsures proactive implementation of appropriate improvement activities in collaboration with the stakeholders.\nCarries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.\nEmbodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nEducation / Training\nEducation and/or experience equivalent to 3+ years of progressive program management experience in commercial building construction, refrigeration, HVAC or a related industry/trade.\nBA degree preferred.\nPMP preferred.\nWork Experience / Skills\nStrong business acumen and project management skills, including knowledge of automated project management tools, financial reports and general knowledge of accounting principles.\nProficiency in managing multiple projects, setting and balancing competing priorities with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.\nStrong contract negotiation skills.\nFrequent overnight travel is required, estimated at 30% - 50%.\nStrong analytical capability and the ability to solve complex business problems and apply good judgement.\nExcellent verbal/nonverbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate timely, clearly, and concisely.\nOutstanding relationship building skills, including the ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns, and forge strong working relationships with senior level customer representatives and contractors.\nDemonstrated track record of accurate project estimating, labor forecasting and change control.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.\nAbility to use computer tools including MS Office Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, etc.\nAbility to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.\nAbility to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.\nJoin Us:\nToday, there are 27 different companies that make up the CoolSys family of brands.
