This role requires deep, native technical fluency across ambulatory and specialty EHR and Practice Management Systems, with a primary index on athenahealth and ModMed (EMA/gGastro), alongside specialty-specific platforms in Dental and Eye Care.\n\nRather than relying on third-party middleware aggregators, you design directly against native vendor APIs, manage webhook subscriptions, and untangle complex scheduling matrices to deploy resilient, deterministic scheduling automation at scale.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nAs a Forward Depoloyed integration engineer you will build, configure, test, and deploy the AI voice agents that power patient-facing interactions for healthcare customers.
