As we continue expanding through acquisitions, state-funded projects, and new market builds, we're looking for a Fiber Design Engineer to help support and maintain the integrity of our growing fiber plant.\nIn this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of fiber network engineering—from documentation and GIS updates to network design, quality assurance, and construction support. You'll work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure our fiber network remains accurate, scalable, and ready to support future growth.\nThis position offers work location flexibility between home and our offices located in Buhler, KS and Fowler, KS.\nA Day in the Life\nYou'll start your day reviewing incoming network documentation, contractor deliverables, and support requests. You may be updating GIS records, reviewing high-level designs, creating splice documentation, or supporting special construction projects.\nThroughout the day, you'll collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractor partners to ensure network records remain accurate and project timelines stay on track.
