We are seeking a professional Security Supervisor / Concierge to oversee daily security operations at a prestigious Class A high-rise office building.This position combines traditional security responsibilities with concierge-level customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with building ownership, management, tenants, contractors, and visitors.What You'll DoServe as the primary Security Supervisor during business hoursSupervise and support a team of 6 security officers providing 24/7 coverageMaintain strong relationships with property management, tenants, and building staffProvide concierge-style customer service to tenants, guests, and visitorsMonitor and manage access control systems and visitor management proceduresPrint, prepare, and distribute access credentials, badges, and access materialsCoordinate with building engineering and property management to verify contractors, vendors, and scheduled visitorsEnsure security officers are conducting required patrols, security checks, and inspectionsReview incident reports, activity logs, and daily reports for accuracy and completenessInvestigate and document security incidents, policy violations, and unusual activityRespond to emergencies and coordinate with emergency responders when necessaryConduct post inspections and identify opportunities to improve security operationsTrain, mentor, and coach security personnel to ensure consistency and professionalismAssist shift coverage when needed, overtime allowedEnsure all client expectations, site procedures, and company policies are consistently metMaintain a visible and professional presence throughout the propertySupport building events, VIP visits, and special tenant requests as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious security supervisor, lead officer, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to multitask in a fast-paced office environmentStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communicationAbility to prepare professional reports and documentationStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and coworkersDependable attendance and punctualityMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of security experience requiredAt least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferredValid Driver's License with a clean driving record preferredAbility to pass a background investigation and drug screeningAbility to stand and walk for extended periods as requiredMust possess excellent customer service skills and a hospitality-focused mindsetWhy Join Us?Consistent Monday-Friday scheduleNo overnight shifts unless desired overtime coverageProfessional Class A office environmentOpportunity to lead a dedicated security teamDirect interaction with property management and building leadershipCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationIf you are a professional security leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment, we encourage you to apply today.Education Requirements (All)High School Diploma or GEDAdditional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid HolidaysThis job reports to the Joe ArceThis is a Full-Time positionBack Apply NowBackApply Now
