Job Title: Site SupervisorPay: $24-$28 per hr.Location: Wilton, CTPosition SummaryThe Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site. This role ensures the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while supervising security officers, enforcing policies, and maintaining high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct security staff on assigned shiftsEnsure all post orders and company policies are followedConduct regular patrols and inspections of the facilityRespond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely mannerPrepare and submit detailed incident and activity reportsTrain, mentor, and evaluate security officersSchedule staff and manage shift coverage to meet site needsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and managementEnforce access control procedures and visitor management protocolsMonitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.)Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidentsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 2–5 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleValid security guard license (if required by location)Strong leadership and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and report-writing abilitiesAbility to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situationsKnowledge of security systems, procedures, and best practicesProficiency in basic computer applications  We help make your world a safer place.  Securitas is a global company that offers the most advanced and sustainable security solutions in the industry.
