In this role, you will develop and maintain CMM programs, validate product conformance to engineering specifications, and collaborate closely with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams to drive product quality and continuous improvement.\n\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, modify, validate, and troubleshoot Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, PCMIS, or similar metrology software\nInterpret engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to create accurate inspection strategies and measurement plans\nPerform first-piece, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify compliance with customer and engineering requirements\nAnalyze dimensional inspection data to identify trends, process variation, and nonconformances\nCommunicate inspection results and measurement findings to Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and production teams\nInvestigate dimensional issues and support root cause analysis and corrective action activities to improve manufacturing performance\nOperate, maintain, and verify the performance of CMMs and related metrology equipment, including FARO Arms, Romer Arms, and portable measurement systems\nMaintain accurate inspection records, measurement reports, and quality documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve inspection methods, measurement efficiency, and overall product quality\nEnsure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures\nMust Haves\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in CMM programming and dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment\nProficiency with PC-DMIS, Calypso, PCMIS, or equivalent CMM programming software\nStrong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint interpretation\nExperience operating CMMs and other dimensional inspection equipment\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nNice to Haves\nAssociate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field\nExperience with FARO Arms, Romer Arms, and portable metrology systems\nExperience supporting First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and requirements\nKnowledge of manufacturing process improvement and quality system methodologies\nCMM maintenance and calibration experience\nExposure to advanced metrology technologies and measurement automation\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus potential\n4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with employer match\nA collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement\nOpportunities for career growth within a global technology leader\n\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
