You will serve as a trusted partner to colleges, universities, public libraries, and K-12 school districts by managing implementations, supporting technical integrations, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights that help clients maximize the impact of their tutoring programs.\nThe ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, analyzing large datasets, and translating data into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nClient Implementation & Customer Success\nLead onboarding, implementation, and technical support efforts for institutional clients adopting Tutor.com services.\nManage implementation timelines, launch activities, training programs, and client communications to ensure successful deployments.\nBuild strong relationships with institutional stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.\nTechnical Consulting & Integrations\nSupport client integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authentication platforms, and student information systems.\nProvide expertise on technologies and standards including LTI, SAML, CAS, and Shibboleth.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues and improve implementation processes.\nData Analytics & Reporting\nAnalyze institutional usage, engagement, and outcomes data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program optimization.\nDevelop client-facing reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate program effectiveness, ROI, and student impact.\nTranslate complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for both clients and internal stakeholders.\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nSupport development of scalable reporting processes, analytics best practices, and data governance standards.\nCollaborate across teams to improve reporting workflows, implementation processes, and client-facing tools.\nContribute to strategic client reviews, renewals, and impact discussions through data-driven storytelling and recommendations.\nWho You Are\nYou have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, client services, or a related field.\nYou have experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service.\nYou have experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies, including authentication and integration standards such as LTI, SAML, CAS, and Shibboleth.\nYou are comfortable working with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel functions and SQL.\nExperience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar reporting and visualization platforms is strongly preferred.\nYou can interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and are comfortable leading client-facing discussions.\nYou are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nYou are a proactive problem solver who enjoys learning new technologies and identifying scalable solutions.\nExperience working with higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, public libraries, or education technology organizations is preferred.\nYou are a collaborative partner who works effectively across technical and business teams.\nYou are passionate about using data, technology, and student support services to improve educational outcomes.\nThe Princeton Review is an equal employment opportunity employer.
