This individual will translate functional and non-functional requirements into reliable, maintainable test solutions across reports, dashboards, data extracts, and automated ETL workflows. The ideal candidate brings experience testing healthcare or life sciences data platforms, with a strong understanding of data quality, validation, and analytics in regulated or highly complex environments.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport testing and quality validation of data and analytics products used across healthcare, oncology, and life sciences environments.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for data pipelines, BI reporting, dashboards, and database-driven applications.\nValidate data movement and transformation processes across Snowflake, SQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and related cloud/data warehouse technologies.\nCreate and execute automated and manual test plans to verify data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and performance.\nPartner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.\nReview and test reports, dashboards, and data extracts used to support provider, payer, and life sciences use cases.\nPerform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot data quality issues across internal and external healthcare data sources.\nContribute to release readiness by preparing test artifacts, validating release candidates, and supporting deployments across test and production environments.\nEnsure data validation processes align with enterprise standards for security, recoverability, and reliability.\nWork in Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams to support iterative development and continuous improvement.\nRequired experience in pharma, life sciences, oncology, clinical data, or oncology EMR/PM environments.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake and data migration or modern data platform initiatives.\nStrong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence and data validation tools.\nExperience designing and executing automated data quality, validation, and verification processes.\nExposure to healthcare data domains such as EHR, payer, lab, specialty pharmacy, or real-world data is strongly preferred.\nUnderstanding of dependencies across complex healthcare and life sciences data sets and how they impact reporting and analytics.\nExperience supporting testing for data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions in regulated or high-complexity environments.\nPython experience is a plus, or willingness to learn.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.\nMust be able to work between the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm est. to accommodate global teams.
