Position Title: Judicial Law Clerk – Judge Jonathan GerberAccepting Resumes/Posting Date: June 4, 2026 Applications Accepted Until: Until FilledStarting Date: July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as available (including conditional employment upon passing both the Florida Bar exam and multistate bar exam and subsequent Florida Bar admission). Term: Two years expected, though the position remains at will by law.Requirements:Candidates must have outstanding analytical, writing, editing, and research skills. Successful candidates have typically performed well in law school. Law review or other journal experience is preferred, but not required. The candidate is expected to work hard, be attentive to both detail and deadlines, and otherwise assist the Judge in all job aspects.
