The engineer will support developmental test and evaluation (DT&E) activities, working within a systems engineering environment to verify and validate system performance against operational requirements. The position will support laboratory and field testing activities, including RF system evaluation, instrumentation setup, test procedure development, and data analysis to ensure systems meet mission performance requirements for the warfighter. This role requires in-person support.\nDuties:\nSupport developmental test and evaluation (DT&E) activities for Electronic Warfare systems and subsystems across the system lifecycle.\nDevelop detailed test plans, procedures, and test reports to support verification and validation of system requirements.\nDesign, plan, and execute laboratory and field tests, including RF and microwave system testing.\nConfigure and operate test instrumentation, RF measurement equipment, and data acquisition systems used in EW testing.\nAnalyze test data and produce technical assessments and performance evaluation reports documenting system capability and compliance with requirements.\nCoordinate with government engineers, program managers, and integrated product teams (IPTs) to ensure effective test planning and execution.\nIdentify technical risks, troubleshoot system anomalies, and support root cause analysis during testing events.\nSupport test readiness reviews, technical reviews, and test documentation development required for DoD programs.\nAssist in maintaining test schedules and coordinating range, laboratory, and system resources required for testing.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline with coursework in RF, microwave engineering, or electromagnetic theory.\nRequired Experience:\nThree (3) years of professional experience in RF, microwave, or electronic systems engineering.\nExperience supporting test engineering, integration, or verification activities within a systems engineering environment.\nFamiliarity with Electronic Warfare systems, RF propagation, signal analysis, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.\nExperience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, or similar instrumentation.\nExperience developing test plans, test procedures, and test reports for technical systems.\nAbility to interpret system requirements and translate them into testable verification methods.\nDesired Experience:\nAbility to interpret system requirements and translate them into testable verification methods.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and government stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to travel in support of test events, field demonstrations, and integration activities.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
