This role is highly visible and works closely with leadership to shape how AI is adopted, implemented, and scaled across the organization.\r\nWhat’s In Store For You\r\nOpportunity to build and scale AI capabilities from the ground up\r\nDirect exposure to senior leadership and decision-makers\r\nHigh-impact role influencing engineering, product, and business teams\r\nCompetitive compensation + bonus + long-term growth\r\nOpportunity to define enterprise AI strategy and adoption\r\nWork in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment\r\nHow You Will Make An Impact\r\nAI Engineering & Platform Development (≈60%)\r\nDesign and build AI infrastructure including models, pipelines, and integrations\r\nDevelop and deploy LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions\r\nIntegrate AI into enterprise systems, APIs, and digital platforms\r\nBuild scalable backend services connecting AI models to real-world workflows\r\nIdentify and implement new AI use cases across the business\r\nAI Enablement & Leadership (≈40%)\r\nPartner with business and engineering teams to drive AI adoption\r\nCoach both technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI capabilities\r\nStandardize and optimize AI workflows across teams\r\nAct as a trusted AI advisor to leadership and product teams\r\nHelp scale AI usage across the organization through education and frameworks\r\nAre you a full-stack AI engineer who can build AND lead AI adoption?\r\n8+ years of software engineering experience\r\nStrong full-stack or backend engineering background\r\n1–3+ years hands-on experience with AI / LLM / Generative AI\r\nProven experience shipping at least one AI solution to production\r\nExperience building RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, or AI-driven applications\r\nStrong experience with APIs, backend systems, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)\r\nFamiliarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex\r\nAbility to integrate AI into real-world business workflows\r\nExperience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts clearly\r\nExperience mentoring or enabling teams on AI adoption is highly preferred\r\nEntrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-moving environments\r\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\r\nExperience building agentic AI workflows or multi-agent systems\r\nBackground in enterprise AI enablement or AI Centers of Excellence\r\nExperience integrating AI into existing enterprise platforms\r\nExposure to regulated industries (finance, insurance, etc.)\r\nPublic AI work (GitHub, blogs, speaking, etc.)\r\nWork Model\r\nHybrid – Durham, NC (3–4 days onsite preferred)\r\nOpen to candidates willing to relocate\r\nRelocation assistance available for strong candidates\r\nWe are looking for someone who:\r\nHas actually built and shipped AI systems (not just POCs)\r\nCan translate AI into real business impact\r\nCan coach teams and scale AI adoption across the organization\r\nThrives in a startup-like, high-ownership environment within an enterprise\r\nTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.\r\n-------\r\nAbout us:\r\nAxiom Path is a global solutions provider leveraging AI and pre-built analytics to deliver exceptional services across various domains.
