This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nManage executive calendars, priorities, meetings, and commitments to maximize time and efficiency.\r\nDraft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive materials.\r\nHandle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\r\nPrioritize and manage communications, responding, redirecting, or escalating as appropriate.\r\nCoordinate all executive travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visas, and required documentation.\r\nPrepare detailed travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and supporting materials.\r\nPrepare and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policy.\r\nResearch and compile information to support executive decisions and meeting preparation.\r\nCoordinate communication between executives and internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted liaison across the organization.\r\nAttend meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and track follow-through.\r\nLead or support special projects, initiatives, and events.\r\nMaintain organized files, records, and documentation in compliance with retention guidelines.\r\nAnticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to keep priorities moving.\r\nRepresent assigned executives and NASCAR with professionalism, tact, and sound judgment.\r\nStay informed on company initiatives, policies, and industry trends to provide proactive support.\r\nAssist with occasional personal matters while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.\r\nPartner with administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and backup support.\r\nWhat You'll Bring\r\nAssociate's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting executives, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or marketing industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\r\nA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.\r\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\r\nDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.\r\nWhy This Role?\r\nBehind every successful leader is a trusted partner who keeps priorities moving and opportunities on track.
