This role supports manufacturing operations at a global leader in security ink and authentication technologies serving governments worldwide.\n\nThis is a hands-on manufacturing position in a high-security, ISO 14298-regulated environment where quality, safety, and precision are critical.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManufacture ink according to established procedures and production specifications\nProduce batches in alignment with daily production goals and schedules\nWeigh and measure wet and dry chemical ingredients, including work under vacuum systems\nMix, blend, and prepare chemical batches for ink production\nLoad, operate, and monitor industrial mixing and processing equipment\nOperate roller mill machinery to grind pigment particles for proper consistency, smoothness, and color accuracy\nFill, handle, and transport 5-55 gallon containers throughout the production area\nClean and sanitize bulk containers, equipment, and workstations after production runs\nPerform tub room duties and general production support tasks as needed\nDeliver ink samples to the quality lab and coordinate with QC personnel\nSupport quality testing related to viscosity, tack, and color consistency\nAssist with troubleshooting equipment and minor mechanical issues\nUse pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively\nSupport shipping preparation, material handling, and logistics tasks\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times\nFollow all SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements\n\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED is a MUST HAVE\nAbility to pass a background and drug screen\nValid driver's license\n2+ year working in a manufacturing environment\n\nFor California Applicants:\n\nWe will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO) , and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).\n\nThis position is subject to a background check based on its job duties, which may include patient care, working with vulnerable populations, access to financial and confidential information, driving, working with heavy machinery, or working in a warehouse or laboratory environment.
