The SIT organization is responsible forthe installation, integration, and certification of all passenger and attendant seats on Client commercial aircraft.\r\nThe selected candidate will have a statement of work that spans the product lifecycle: supporting customer configuration development, supplier engagement, validating and verifying design requirements, integrating business needs, and supporting the product through the production and certification processes. As a member of the team, you will need to interface with other members of SIT project teams, production system, program/product teams, management, and other technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions. You will be able to combine the expertise and resources of the interiors organization to certify and deliver the best interiors products within the industry.\r\nSIT is seeking candidates with experience in any of the following areas\r\nEngineering product definition\r\nDirect engagement designing for aerospace suppliers or airlines\r\nExperience supporting the validation of compliance to regulatory requirements\r\nDesign for manufacturing\r\nSoftware Exp. (ie. Visual Basic, Python, Java)\r\nPosition Responsibilities\r\nLeads the development and maintenance of engineering product definition\r\nOversees the development of design layouts and the modification of existing designs to satisfy customer and production requirements\r\nDevelops engineering product definition based upon Company requirements and parameters\r\nCoordinates development of engineering product definition with internal/external parties to ensure compliance with applicable standards, requirements and design parameters as well as product functionality\r\nIntegrates work statement, work scope and work transfer packages with internal and external customers to requirements\r\nOversees, directs and integrates the completion of product definition across internal and external business partners and products to provide a functional end-product\r\nInvestigates and resolves complex manufacturing process or engineering related issues\r\nVerifies accuracy of engineering data produced by others\r\nEducation / Experience:\r\nAA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience\r\nAbout US Tech Solutions\r\nUS Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
