Office Administrator

Job Description The Office Administrator will provide essential support to a medium-sized team of 11-30 members by managing daily office operations and ensuring efficient administrative workflows. This role reports directly to the Department Head and utilizes tools such as Google Workspace and Theranest to facilitate communication and organization. No travel is required for this position.ResponsibilitiesManage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmthOperate phone systems, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer serviceMaintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documentsPerform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to support financial and administrative processesOversee calendar management for team schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time efficiencyAssist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keepingSupport office management activities, including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and facility coordinationProofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracyProvide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquetteHandle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing important documentsManage insurance verificationsCollaborations with all staff, stakeholders, and courts.Conduct authorizations of OMHC servicesConduct vital signs and urinalysisOutreach initiativesAll duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in office administrationHigh school diploma or equivalentCompany Description Job Board:Office Administrative AssistantDriverMental Health InternMental Health VolunteerMedical DirectorClinical DirectorMental Health TherapistClinical Supervisor (SUD)Substance Abuse CounselorCase ManagersRehabilitation Specialist (PRP)Direct Care StaffApply Below!
