relationships with customers, internal teams, partners, and technical stakeholders.Understand high- and low-level technical architecture and facilitate technical discussions and solution decisions.Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers and leadership.Lead complex data center installations and infrastructure deployments.Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, operations, vendors, and customers.Identify project risks and issues, drive resolution, and escalate when needed.Manage project changes, release communications, and customer updates.Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation.Conduct customer and internal conference calls and provide regular project updates.Support projects across global teams and time zones, including occasional irregular hours when required.✅ What We’re Looking For5+ years of project delivery / project management experience.5+ years of field services and/or customer support experience with hardware and software products.Strong knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.Experience leading global infrastructure projects.Ability to understand and communicate technical architecture and infrastructure solutions.Excellent customer-facing, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with AI and GPU infrastructure deploymentHPC /
