This role serves as the face of the office, managing the initial experience for homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals during the closing process.Core ResponsibilitiesGreeting & Hospitality: Welcoming clients and visitors as they arrive for property closings and appointments.Communication Management: Answering a multi-line phone system, taking detailed messages, and routing calls to Escrow Officers and Title Agents.Document Handling: Receiving and distributing sensitive legal documents, earnest money checks, and overnight mail packages.Closing Room Maintenance: Maintaining the professional appearance of closing rooms, ensuring they are reset and stocked after each signing.Clerical Support: Assisting the administrative team with scanning files, light data entry, and document organization to maintain a smooth workflow.RequirementsProfessionalism: A polished appearance and a calm, helpful demeanor in a fast-paced environment.Reliability: Commitment to the full two-week schedule with consistent punctuality.Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.Office Skills: Experience with standard office equipment (scanners, multi-line phones) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial and personal information with integrity.
