If you’re looking for a dynamic opportunity to grow your career with an innovative team, we would like to hear from you!Job Title: Business Office ManagerLocation: Mukwonago, WI (onsite 5 days per week)ResponsibilitiesHire, mentor, and develop administrative and admin and accounting operations staffManage administrative staff, accounts payable, and purchasing processes and liaison with Malcolm corporate HQProvide supervision and support for AP and purchasing functionsServe as backup support for payroll processing (union and non-union)Work with union personnel and ensure complianceCredit card reimbursements / reconciliationsManage business licenses, fuel cards, attendance tracking, and monitoringOrdering phones/computers and building maintenance coordinationManager contracts and insurance and liaison with Corp HQQualifications5+ years of experience in Office ManagementPrior experience in construction, engineering, or related industriesExperience notarizing legal, construction, or corporate documentsIntermediate to Advanced MS Office SuiteBenefits PackageCompetitive Salary + bonus and annual cost of living increase100% paid premiums for Dental and Vision plans for the employee and all dependentsMalcolm covers an average of ninety-five percent of the medical premium for the employee and ALL dependentsMalcolm contributes an additional 10% of the annual salary into a retirement plan (profit sharing)
