We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve.\nAbout the Role:\nResponsible for evaluating credit quality data, performing quality assurance (\"QA\") reviews, working with various teams to identify issues, recommend improvements, and help maintain established standards of accuracy and efficiency involving commercial finance processes, transactions, and reports.\nWhat You Will Do:\nReview commercial finance processes, procedures, and transactions to ensure they comply with both internal and external standards.\nPerform quality assurance tests and reviews of credit risk and performance data, documentation, commercial finance processes and reporting to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.\nAnalyze data and generate detailed reports that highlight trends, findings, and recommendations for process enhancement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of issues, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nEvaluate documents, including reports, contracts, and agreements, for accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.\nProvide recommendations for process improvements based on findings, data analysis, and industry best practices.\nEnsure all commercial finance activities align with relevant regulatory and organizational standards, including financial reporting and data privacy laws.\nAssist in training team members or other staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.\nIdentify potential risks to business operations and work with teams to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.\nTypically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $50,000 – $84,000\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
