In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from third-party warranty providers, offering tech support, and assisting in-field service technicians. You will also review and process service requests, track the timely ordering of parts, and follow up with Customer Experience to ensure efficient and effective service completion./ppUltimately, you will be working closely with our service partners and internal parts team to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery./ppRoles Responsibilities:/pulliHandle inbound calls from third-party warranty providers/liliProvide tech support and answer questions from in-field service technicians/liliOrder additional parts for service requests/liliReview service requests to determine the correct course of action/liliFollow up on existing service requests to ensure service calls are completed effectively and efficiently/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliAppliance repair experience preferred/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliGreat organizational and follow-up skills/liliLiteracy with Mac OS computer systems/liliFamiliarity with the Google Suite (ie.
