This role aligns customer demand, inventory targets, operational capacity, and delivery commitments to support on-time fulfillment, revenue performance, and gross profit goals. The Master Scheduler serves as the primary hub for synchronizing materials, capacity, and logistics across sites and time zones, while driving process standardization, schedule discipline, and continuous improvement in support of Rand’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) VIA strategy. This role partners closely with the QFC Managers, Director of Sales Operations, and VP of Quality & QFC Operations to ensure alignment across operations, sales, and quality.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nOwn and manage the master schedule across multiple global operational sites, coordinating order release, sequencing, and delivery commitments.\nMonitor order flow from receipt through shipment to prevent revenue-impacting delays and ensure visibility.\nCollaborate with Sales, QFC Managers, Sourcing, and Logistics to resolve capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule conflicts.\nAnalyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and throughput to optimize schedules and support revenue and margin goals.\nCreate and sustain a Kanban system to support pull-based planning, inventory control, and operational flow across global sites.\nGenerate schedule performance reports for the VP of Quality & QFC Operations, highlighting on-time delivery, bottlenecks, and financial impact.\nMaintain accurate ERP, and scheduling system data to support reliable order visibility and decision-making.\nDrive process standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement in support of Rand’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) VIA strategy.\nSupport revenue and gross profit targets through disciplined scheduling, prioritization, and strategic expediting.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, implement, and maintain the master schedule in partnership with the VP of Quality & QFC Operations, QFC Managers, and Director of Sales Operations.\nCoordinate schedule alignment across four global operational sites to balance capacity and demand.\nMonitor order status, backlog, and shipment readiness to ensure timely customer delivery.\nIdentify and escalate schedule risks, bottlenecks, and material constraints that may affect delivery or profitability to the VP of Quality & QFC Operations and QFC Managers.\nWork with Director of Sales Operations and QFC Managers to communicate realistic delivery dates and manage schedule changes.\nMaintain ERP/MRP and planning data accuracy to support planning decisions and reporting.\nPrepare weekly and monthly schedule performance reports for leadership review.\nPartner with QFC Managers, Operations, and Quality to ensure schedules reflect capacity, compliance, and customer requirements.\nDrive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve schedule stability, on-time performance, and effective level loading across sites.\n\nCore Competencies\n\nStrong knowledge of master scheduling, planning, and order orchestration in a multi-site environment\nAbility to analyze demand, capacity, inventory, and throughput data to make sound scheduling decisions.\nStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skills with QFC Managers, Director of Sales Operations, and VP of Quality & QFC Operations.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and time-sensitive customer commitments.\nStrong problem-solving and escalation management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and strong data accuracy discipline.\nProficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP systems, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to present schedule performance, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nGoal-oriented, analytical, and highly accountable.\nRequirements:\n\nEducation and/or Experience and Physical Requirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field preferred.\nLean 6-Sigma certification preferred.\n7+ years of experience in master scheduling, planning, or supply chain coordination.\nExperience supporting multi-site or global operations is preferred.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools required.\nStrong Excel and reporting skills required.\nExperience working with order processing, inventory planning, and capacity analysis preferred.\nDomestic and international travel may be required.\nMay be required to work overtime or weekends based on business needs.\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and perform frequent computer-based work.\nMust be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nSupervisory
