Role Description This is a full-time Trial Partner and Associate position specializing in Casualty Defense. The role involves preparing and handling cases from inception through resolution, managing high-exposure litigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending court hearings, preparing for trial, and providing top-tier client service. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work. Candidates will work closely with a supportive team of experienced attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment. Qualifications Experience in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance BrokerageKnowledge of Finance, including claim evaluations, settlements, and negotiation processesExceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrong legal writing and oral advocacy capabilitiesProficiency in managing case files and meeting deadlines independentlyAdmission to practice law in CaliforniaExperience with casualty defense, high-exposure litigation, and trial preparation is highly desirable
